About the Role

The Project Manager oversees education project implementation in Benishangul Gumuz and Amhara regions, ensuring compliance with donor agreements, delivering high-quality outcomes, and strengthening monitoring and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and performance tracking
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through coordination with teams, partners, and stakeholders
  • Monitor progress and financial performance, taking corrective actions
  • Prepare donor reports aligned with required standards
  • Provide strategic leadership, risk management, and decision-making support
  • Strengthen MEAL systems for evidence-based results
  • Promote knowledge sharing of best practices
  • Oversee financial, administrative, and procurement processes
