The Project Manager oversees education project implementation in Benishangul Gumuz and Amhara regions, ensuring compliance with donor agreements, delivering high-quality outcomes, and strengthening monitoring and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and performance tracking
- Ensure high-quality delivery through coordination with teams, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor progress and financial performance, taking corrective actions
- Prepare donor reports aligned with required standards
- Provide strategic leadership, risk management, and decision-making support
- Strengthen MEAL systems for evidence-based results
- Promote knowledge sharing of best practices
- Oversee financial, administrative, and procurement processes
