The Project Lead will steer the Gender‑Based Violence Prevention and Response project across Ethiopia, Kenya, and Somalia, ensuring strategic alignment, financial compliance, donor reporting, and feminist principles are upheld while leading a cross‑country team.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across Ethiopia, Kenya and Somalia
- Lead annual work planning and cross‑country collaboration
- Manage grant-making to local WLOs
- Ensure compliance with donor and government requirements
- Oversee financial reporting and risk management
- Develop feminist monitoring & evaluation systems
- Coordinate monthly PMU meetings
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and governance structures
- Lead a diverse team across three countries
- Embed safeguarding and GEI policies in all activities
