About the Role

This role supports Plan International Ethiopia’s Human Resources team by managing staff documentation, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring adherence to safeguarding and gender equity standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staff documentation and filing systems
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Update HRIS records
  • Support payroll and timesheet verification
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and gender equality policies
  • Assist in contract administration and offboarding
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
