The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a multi-partner SRH programme in Ethiopia, ensuring high-quality implementation, partnership management, financial oversight, and compliance with donor and national standards while promoting gender equality and evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead program planning, implementation, and reporting in Ethiopia
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle and team
- Provide technical SRH guidance and ensure quality delivery
- Coordinate alliance partners and governance structures
- Oversee financial management, compliance, and reporting
- Strengthen MERL systems and promote evidence-based programming
- Build capacity for partners and facilitate joint reviews
- Embed safeguarding and gender equality policies in day‑to‑day work
