About the Role

The role leads the GBV Prevention & Response project across three countries, overseeing strategic planning, financial compliance, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to deliver gender‑transformative outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and oversight across Ethiopia, Kenya, and Somalia
• Manage multi‑country grant-making and financial reporting
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement with women‑led organizations and donors
• Ensure compliance with donor, government, and safety protocols
• Drive monitoring, evaluation, and risk management processes
• Mentor and develop a cross‑functional team
• Maintain communication and coordination within the Regional Leadership Committee
