About the Role

The MERL Coordinator will lead the design, implementation, and quality assurance of MEAL activities for the BRAVE project in West Hararghe zone, ensuring evidence‑based decision making and adherence to safeguarding and gender equality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high‑quality MEAL product delivery for BRAVE project
  • Build technical capacity of staff and partners in RBM perspectives
  • Support evidence‑based decision making
  • Embed safeguarding and gender equality policies into daily work
  • Manage digital data collection and visualization tools
  • Facilitate participatory workshops and capacity development sessions
