The CPIMS Officer manages and safeguards child protection data using the CPIMS+ system, ensuring accurate entry, quality checks, and reporting while coordinating with staff and partners to uphold Plan International’s safeguarding and gender equality standards.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and secure entry, synchronization, and export of case management data in CPIMS+
- Maintain data quality through regular reviews and consistency checks
- Support child protection staff and promote teamwork
- Collaborate with partners to integrate child protection into other sectors
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document discussions
- Participate in program reviews and support monitoring and evaluation activities
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and GEI policies
