The CPiE Officer delivers comprehensive technical support for child protection programs in Ethiopia’s refugee camps and host communities, ensuring alignment with global standards, managing case data, coordinating partners, and driving monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities to strengthen protection mechanisms.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement CPiE projects in refugee camps and host communities
- Conduct assessments and case management for vulnerable children
- Support staff and partners in child-friendly spaces and monitoring activities
- Provide technical guidance on CPIMS+ and data management
- Ensure compliance with Child Protection, GBV standards and GEI policies
- Manage partnerships with government and UN agencies
- Lead M&E design and reporting
- Represent Plan International at national and regional coordination meetings
