The Project Manager oversees fintech payment gateway and wallet platform projects, managing timelines, coordinating cross‑functional teams, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Lead project execution from initiation to completion
- Coordinate activities across engineering, QA, security, product, and business teams
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules and objectives
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and team members
- Track performance and provide status updates and reports to management
- Manage project documentation, plans, and resource allocation
- Support requirement gathering, scoping, and prioritization activities
- Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to align goals
