Network & Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role

The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure and end‑user devices, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting cloud connectivity, and ensuring secure, reliable operations across client environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN infrastructure
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, access points
• Deploy laptops, desktops, printers, IP phones
• Perform OS installation and device provisioning
• Troubleshoot network and hardware issues
• Support cloud networking (VPCs, VPNs)
• Conduct site surveys and pre‑deployment testing
• Monitor performance and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and support
