About the Role

The Storekeeper ensures the seamless receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of medical consumables and equipment, maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming medical supplies
  • Store items following FEFO/FIFO principles and maintain cold-chain integrity
  • Issue goods to departments per authorized requisitions
  • Conduct daily and monthly inventory reconciliations
  • Prepare stock status and inventory reports
  • Coordinate with procurement for reordering and supplier communication
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with clinical and finance teams for demand forecasting
