About the Role

The role involves driving patient referrals through direct field engagement with healthcare professionals and corporate partners while executing marketing campaigns to promote Pharo Health’s services across Addis Ababa and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Generate patient referrals by visiting physicians and healthcare institutions
• Build and maintain referral relationships with doctors, hospitals, and corporate partners
• Promote Pharo’s services to the general population and at events
• Follow up on institutional contracts and renewals
• Track leads and conversions, maintaining accurate records
• Achieve sales targets within set timelines
• Organize tailored marketing activities and advertising campaigns
• Represent Pharo Health at external events
• Prepare field visit reports and market research data
