About the Role

The Business Operations Manager will lead all non‑clinical operations of a modern, technology‑enabled healthcare organization, driving efficiency, compliance, and growth across supply chain, HR, IT, and stores functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual operational plans for non‑clinical functions.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement projects and maintain SOPs and governance frameworks.
• Oversee procurement, supply chain, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and staff development.
• Ensure data governance, IT infrastructure reliability, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Control operational budgets, analyze variances, and implement cost‑optimization strategies.
