- Prepare annual plans, course outlines, and daily lesson plans
- Teach lessons to high standards with well-planned content
- Maintain subject knowledge and develop it further
- Create an engaging learning environment that promotes critical thinking
- Set and moderate assessment tests each term
- Record examination scores for progress tracking
- Observe and support colleagues’ teaching practices
- Participate in CPD opportunities
- Cultivate an English-speaking culture on campus
- Design, prepare and deliver extracurricular activities
- Attend staff and department meetings
- Support school’s co‑curricular and social support activities
- Supervise students during breaks
- Maintain filing systems for resources and past papers
