Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Pharo Health Somaliland strategy and vision
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and profit‑and‑loss management to achieve sustainability
- Drive business development, marketing campaigns, and partnership building
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across clinical and financial operations
- Build and manage a high‑performance senior management team
- Oversee stakeholder relations including government, insurers, and industry bodies
- Serve as the organization’s spokesperson in media and public forums
