The Internist will provide comprehensive adult internal medicine care across all settings, ensuring evidence-based diagnosis, treatment, and quality improvement within a modern, technology-enabled hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for adult patients.
- Manage inpatient and outpatient care, coordinating diagnostics and referrals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments based on evidence-based guidelines.
- Promote patient safety, quality of care, and infection prevention measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead teamwork, mentor junior staff, and participate in clinical governance activities.
