The School Principal will provide on‑campus leadership for a boarding secondary school in Sheikh, Somaliland, driving academic excellence, curriculum delivery, staff development, student welfare, and operational management to uphold the Pharo Foundation’s educational mission.
Responsibilities
- Lead academic programs and curriculum innovation
- Oversee faculty recruitment, evaluation, and professional development
- Manage student enrollment, onboarding, and pastoral care
- Direct financial budgeting and fee collection
- Coordinate with stakeholders and the local community
- Ensure compliance with school standards and safety policies
