About the Role

The Field Officer oversees the execution, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities in Oromia Region, coordinating closely with stakeholders, managing reporting and procurement, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement project activities at field level
• Monitor and evaluate project progress against targets
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Coordinate with government officials, community leaders, and partners
• Manage procurement processes and material inspections
• Ensure adherence to safeguarding and SEAH policies
• Maintain accurate documentation of beneficiaries and activities
• Support budgeting and logistics planning
