The Field Officer oversees the execution, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities in Oromia Region, coordinating closely with stakeholders, managing reporting and procurement, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement project activities at field level
- Monitor and evaluate project progress against targets
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Coordinate with government officials, community leaders, and partners
- Manage procurement processes and material inspections
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding and SEAH policies
- Maintain accurate documentation of beneficiaries and activities
- Support budgeting and logistics planning
