The Field Officer will implement, monitor, and evaluate project activities in Oromia Region, ensuring quality outcomes and timely reporting while engaging stakeholders and upholding safeguarding standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate project activities at field level
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Coordinate procurement processes and delivery inspections
- Maintain documentation of beneficiary lists and agreements
- Facilitate community events and awareness campaigns
- Develop and revise implementation materials and guidelines
- Ensure safeguarding policies are followed
- Build relationships with stakeholders and partners
