About the Role

The Field Officer will oversee on-the-ground implementation of the Empowering Futures for Youth and Women project in Oromia, ensuring timely delivery of activities, accurate reporting, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to safeguarding standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and evaluate project activities at field level
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
• Coordinate procurement and budgeting processes
• Maintain relations with government officials, community leaders and partners
• Document project outputs and best practices
• Ensure compliance with donor and PIN guidelines
• Support safeguarding policies and training
