The CEO will provide overall leadership and coordination of clinical, operational, financial, and administrative functions to support the mission of delivering high‑quality pediatric healthcare services at Addis Ababa’s first private pediatric multi‑specialty center.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall management and day‑to‑day operations
- Coordinate clinical and administrative departments for efficient service delivery
- Support strategic planning and policy implementation
- Oversee budgeting, financial discipline, and operational performance
- Promote patient‑centered care and quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise human resource management and staff performance
- Strengthen relationships with regulatory bodies, partners, and stakeholders
- Prepare operational and performance reports for the Board
