Lead the Customer Service Operations team to ensure accurate shipment handling, timely communication, and high customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of Customer Service Officers
- Ensure accurate shipment data entry in ERP
- Monitor import/export/transit shipments to meet lead times
- Coordinate with branches, transport, customs, shipping lines and clients
- Resolve customer complaints as primary escalation point
- Guide and mentor staff, provide coaching and performance feedback
- Prepare operational status reports and analyze performance trends
- Maintain compliance with company policies and external regulations
- Identify process improvements and support new system implementations
