About the Role

Lead the Customer Service Operations team to ensure accurate shipment handling, timely communication, and high customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities of Customer Service Officers
  • Ensure accurate shipment data entry in ERP
  • Monitor import/export/transit shipments to meet lead times
  • Coordinate with branches, transport, customs, shipping lines and clients
  • Resolve customer complaints as primary escalation point
  • Guide and mentor staff, provide coaching and performance feedback
  • Prepare operational status reports and analyze performance trends
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and external regulations
  • Identify process improvements and support new system implementations
