Tutorial Service Provider

About the Role

The role involves providing structured after‑school and weekend tutoring services for vulnerable primary school children, including tutor assignment, lesson planning, attendance monitoring, progress reporting, and ensuring a child‑safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign qualified tutors for specified grade levels
• Organize and deliver tutorial classes after school, on weekends or agreed periods
• Support students in key subjects based on academic needs
• Prepare lesson plans and tutorial schedules with PATH coordination
• Monitor student attendance during sessions
• Track participation, progress, and learning improvement
• Prepare and submit monthly student progress reports and tutor/teacher reports
• Conduct regular check-in meetings with tutors to discuss class progress
• Provide guidance on lesson planning, teaching methods, and classroom management
• Ensure child-friendly, inclusive, respectful, and safe tutorial sessions
• Communicate promptly about attendance or safeguarding concerns
• Maintain proper documentation of all tutorial activities
