Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing legal advice on organizational, operational, regulatory, and compliance matters
- Review and advise on policies, bylaws, and governance documents
- Draft, review, and advise on contracts and agreements
- Offer employment and labor law counsel
- Guide tax, VAT, customs, and fiscal matters
- Conduct risk assessment and compliance monitoring
- Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and formal communications
- Support negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation when required
