Finance Manager

About the Role

Leads the organization’s financial activities across multiple business units, designing and executing cost control mechanisms, preparing financial statements, forecasting, evaluating profitability, and developing strategic financial models to ensure operational sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management and budget planning across business units
• Provide insights and advice to top management for decision-making
• Forecast cash inflows and outflows to maintain optimal liquidity
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual financial statements
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Ensure timely payment of taxes, loans and other obligations
• Manage revenues, receivables, payables, inventories and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate records for stock levels and purchases
• Valuate inventory and analyze cost fluctuations
• Track spending against budgets to prevent overspending
• Stay updated on financial laws and tax regulations
• Provide training to staff to improve performance
