About the Role

The Partnership and Advocacy Officer will manage partnerships and grants with refugee- and women-led organisations in Gambella, Ethiopia, while driving advocacy initiatives to strengthen localisation and support capacity building.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain partnership agreements, MOUs, and sub-grants for refugee- and women-led organisations
  • Build long-term engagement with RLOs, WLOs, community groups and key stakeholders to advance localisation
  • Provide technical support and monitor partner performance on work plans, budgets and reporting
  • Develop and implement advocacy initiatives that elevate the voices of local and refugee actors
  • Track grant deliverables, milestones and report deadlines ensuring compliance and risk management
  • Maintain accurate partnership databases and coordinate joint review processes for learning
