Partnership and Advocacy Officer

About the Role

The role supports Oxfam’s refugee leadership project by managing partnerships, grants and advocacy activities at the field level, strengthening collaboration with local organisations and promoting inclusive decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain partner documentation, MOUs, sub‑grant management and compliance tracking.
• Build long‑term relationships with Refugee‑Led and Women‑Led Organisations and other stakeholders to advance localization.
• Design, implement and monitor advocacy initiatives, including policy briefs, media campaigns and stakeholder forums.
• Provide technical support for partner performance on budgets, donor reporting and risk management.
• Prepare and submit donor, partnership and advocacy reports in a timely manner.
