The Senior Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Engineer leads the planning and scheduling of real‑estate development projects, ensuring timely execution through comprehensive schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Coordinate resource allocation and sequencing
- Validate detailed schedules and KPIs
- Monitor schedule adherence and initiate corrective actions
- Produce monthly status reports and cash flow forecasts
- Train and mentor PME Engineers
- Provide schedule-based insights to management
- Document lessons learned and drive process improvement
- Conduct site visits for data quality verification
- Consolidate data into performance reports
- Create dashboards and visualization tools
