The Senior Accountant will manage the full accounting cycle, prepare financial statements, ensure tax compliance, oversee audits, and support budgeting for OVID Property Management in Addis Ababa.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws and regulations in all financial practices
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts regularly
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis
