About the Role

The Planning Monitoring And Evaluation Engineer develops and maintains project schedules, monitors progress, prepares reports, and manages data-driven evaluation to improve construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules with Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Coordinate integrated planning across design, procurement, and construction teams
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare progress reports and cash flow forecasts for monthly reviews
• Assist in developing KPI dashboards and performance tracking tools
• Conduct field visits and perform data quality checks
• Manage evaluation tools and data collection instruments
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data for reporting
• Generate case studies, change stories, and lessons learned documentation
• Identify planning inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives
