About the Role

The Finance Manager safeguards the organization’s financial health by overseeing budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management for the Jimma Mega Housing Project, leading a finance team to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets and long‑term financial forecasts
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and prepare financial statements
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and IFRS
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and investment strategies
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement internal controls
• Supervise and mentor finance staff
