About the Role

The Concrete Plant Manager oversees daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production, quality compliance, cost control, and safety while leading personnel and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the concrete batching plant
  • Develop and control production schedules
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with specifications
  • Supervise plant personnel and maintenance teams
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials
  • Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  • Maintain workplace safety and environmental standards
  • Control production expenses and optimize efficiency
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and project teams
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities
  • Monitor operational risks and implement corrective actions
