About the Role

The Senior Property Admin manages store operations, overseeing inventory control, material handling, documentation, and compliance to support production efficiency and minimize stock variances.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials and goods
  • Conduct stock verification, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Supervise material handling and storage operations
  • Prepare vouchers and store documentation
  • Generate regular stock reports and coordinate with Accounts and Purchase departments
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and audit requirements
