The Senior Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Engineer leads the planning and scheduling of real estate development projects in Addis Ababa, ensuring timely execution, resource optimization, and continuous improvement through reporting and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Set and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Coordinate resource allocation and sequencing
- Review and validate detailed schedules, action plans, and KPIs
- Monitor schedule adherence and analyze delays
- Produce monthly status reports including cash flow forecasts
- Train and mentor PME Engineers and Junior PME Engineers
- Provide schedule-based insights to top management
- Capture lessons learned and drive process improvement
- Oversee periodic project monitoring and formal evaluations
- Conduct site visits to verify data quality
- Consolidate data into standardized performance reports
- Produce dashboards and visualization tools for senior management
