About the Role

Lead construction and infrastructure projects in Jimma, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Monitor project performance ensuring adherence to specifications, safety standards, and contractual requirements
  • Collaborate with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to address technical challenges
  • Oversee budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures
  • Conduct routine site inspections to verify work quality and safety compliance
  • Prepare comprehensive progress reports and communicate updates to management and stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
