About the Role

The Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, reporting, compliance and cash‑flow for the Jimma Mega Housing Project, providing financial leadership to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets and forecasts
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and IFRS
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and investment strategies
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Implement internal controls
• Supervise and mentor finance staff
