The Senior ERP Functional Consultant leads full‑cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for clients in Ethiopia, driving functional design, configuration, testing, training, and support while mentoring a team and ensuring successful go‑live outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP functional implementation for assigned modules
- Facilitate business process analysis workshops with senior stakeholders
- Conduct gap and solution design activities
- Configure modules and develop custom specifications
- Plan and manage UAT, training, and post-go-live hypercare
- Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with technical teams
- Maintain project documentation and client communication
- Support presales and proposal development
