The Director of Infrastructure, Cloud & Operations will design, govern, and operate OVID IT’s entire technology infrastructure, leading cloud, network, server, backup, and collaboration services while building a high‑performing operations team to support enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute cloud-first infrastructure strategy aligned with business growth
- Lead cloud architecture, deployment, and management across Azure, AWS/GCP
- Govern hybrid infrastructure operations including on-premises data center
- Oversee network architecture, WAN/LAN, switching, routing, firewall, wireless
- Lead enterprise server administration and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V)
- Manage backup architecture, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity testing
- Oversee enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint
- Develop infrastructure governance policies, security baselines, change management procedures, SLA frameworks
- Lead capacity planning, performance monitoring, and infrastructure optimization
- Build and develop a skilled infrastructure team for 24/7 operational excellence
