Manager – Enterprise Systems & Business Applications

About the Role

The Director – Enterprise Systems & Business Applications leads the strategy, governance, and execution of ERP and enterprise application solutions for OVID IT, overseeing a multi‑functional team and ensuring high‑quality implementation and support across client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise systems strategy aligned with market positioning
• Lead end-to-end ERP program governance including planning, implementation, configuration, go-live and post-implementation support
• Oversee and provide executive direction to all units within the division
• Establish and enforce enterprise application governance policies and standards
• Drive business process optimization and continuous improvement across client and internal engagements
• Lead proposal development, solution design, and presales technical support for bids
• Manage client relationships at C-suite level for ERP and enterprise systems engagements
• Define hiring plans, build team capability, and mentor senior consultants and engineers
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards for operations
• Manage division budget, resource allocation, vendor contracts and software license governance
• Ensure system security, data integrity, business continuity and regulatory compliance
• Provide executive reporting to CTO on delivery, health, performance and strategic initiatives
