Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, backups, and security settings
- Perform software updates and system maintenance
- Support database administration and backup procedures
- Assist clients via phone, email, remote access, and on-site visits
- Document issues and maintain support records
- Train end users on software usage and best practices
- Coordinate with developers to resolve bugs and enhancement requests
