The HR and Administration Manager will oversee all human resource functions and administrative operations for the organization, ensuring effective HR systems, regulatory compliance, staff development, and efficient office management.
Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding and exit processes
- Maintain staff contracts and personnel records
- Implement performance management and appraisal systems
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and Ethiopian labor law
- Manage staff development and training initiatives
- Oversee office administration, procurement and asset control
- Support audit and compliance processes
- Promote safeguarding and child protection standards
