About the Role

The HR and Administration Manager will oversee all human resource functions and administrative operations for the organization, ensuring effective HR systems, regulatory compliance, staff development, and efficient office management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding and exit processes
  • Maintain staff contracts and personnel records
  • Implement performance management and appraisal systems
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and Ethiopian labor law
  • Manage staff development and training initiatives
  • Oversee office administration, procurement and asset control
  • Support audit and compliance processes
  • Promote safeguarding and child protection standards
