The Finance Officer will oversee all financial operations for ODWaCE, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely reporting, and compliance with both internal standards and donor requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Record daily transactions using accounting software
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements
- Monitor budget utilization
- Process payment vouchers, payroll, and tax declarations
- Manage bank reconciliation and monthly account closing
- Ensure compliance with organizational and donor policies
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Assist the program team
