About the Role

The role leads a comprehensive transformation of the company’s sales and marketing organization, building a disciplined, data-driven commercial system that drives revenue growth, market share, brand value, and operational excellence across Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales growth strategy
  • Build premium market positioning based on value
  • Design sales territories by crops, geography, seasons, and customer potential
  • Manage distributor and dealer networks
  • Develop large commercial farms, NGOs, government projects, and institutional customers
  • Create accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Establish CRM discipline with daily reporting and measurable KPIs
  • Improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
  • Increase credit collection performance through systematic follow-up
