About the Role

Responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote EcoGreen Organic Liquid Fertilizer, build customer relationships, achieve revenue targets, and support market intelligence across the Ethiopian agricultural sector.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with strategic objectives
  • Achieve sales volume, revenue, and market expansion targets
  • Identify and manage new business opportunities across various customer segments
  • Build long‑term relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
  • Conduct market visits to assess needs and competitor activities
  • Organize product demonstrations and training programs
  • Promote products via direct sales, digital marketing, and trade fairs
  • Prepare sales quotations, negotiate terms, and process orders
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and customer service teams for fulfillment
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence and prepare forecasts
  • Support pricing strategies and promotional initiatives
  • Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records
  • Submit regular sales and marketing reports
  • Follow up on payments and support receivables collection
  • Represent the company at meetings and conferences
