Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment in liquid fertilizer production, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment used in liquid fertilizer production
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance schedules
- Repair and align pumps, agitators, gearboxes, and pipe joints
- Fabricate or modify pipelines, tank fittings, and support structures
- Diagnose and repair control circuits, contactors, thermal overload relays, and PLC faults
- Calibrate level switches, flow meters, conductivity probes, and temperature controllers
- Suggest process optimizations to reduce energy consumption
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations
