About the Role

The HR Officer oversees all core human resources functions—recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, performance management and reporting—to support the organization’s workforce strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job descriptions, adverts, screening, interviews, background checks
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, contracts, inductions and paperwork
  • Serve as primary employee HR policy contact
  • Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with data protection
  • Support grievance, disciplinary and absence case management
  • Provide accurate payroll data for starters, leavers and changes
  • Administer benefits programs and ensure labor law compliance
  • Assist performance appraisals and probation reviews
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
  • Prepare HR reports from ERP data on headcount, turnover and recruitment metrics
