The HR Officer oversees all core human resources functions—recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, performance management and reporting—to support the organization’s workforce strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job descriptions, adverts, screening, interviews, background checks
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, contracts, inductions and paperwork
- Serve as primary employee HR policy contact
- Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with data protection
- Support grievance, disciplinary and absence case management
- Provide accurate payroll data for starters, leavers and changes
- Administer benefits programs and ensure labor law compliance
- Assist performance appraisals and probation reviews
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
- Prepare HR reports from ERP data on headcount, turnover and recruitment metrics
