The Global Lead, Gender Transformative Program will provide senior technical leadership to embed gender equality and social inclusion across all Orbis programs worldwide, driving strategy, capacity building, partnership development, and resource mobilization.
Responsibilities
- Lead global gender-transformative strategy and technical guidance
- Provide advisory support to country offices on gender analysis, design and MEL integration
- Develop evidence products such as guidance notes and case studies
- Oversee Women Leaders in Eye Health initiative
- Cultivate partnerships with gender equality organizations and donors
- Represent Orbis at global platforms and advocate for gender-transformative eye health
- Mobilize resources and prepare donor proposals
- Build capacity of staff and partners through training and mentorship
