About the Role

The Field Coordinator will lead the implementation of trachoma elimination activities in Southwest Ethiopia, coordinating surgical plans, training, data collection, and stakeholder engagement to clear TT backlog and support health system integration.

Responsibilities

Coordinate TT backlog clearance activities across woredas in Southwest Ethiopia
Develop and implement woreda-based TT surgery plans
Mobilize IECWs for outreach and surgeries
Provide training to eye care workers and volunteers
Prepare quarterly and annual reports
Manage resources, petty cash, and vehicle maintenance
Ensure compliance with END FUND reporting and security protocols
