About the Role

The role leads IFRS implementation, conversion, and advisory projects, reviewing financial statements for compliance, conducting gap assessments, delivering training, and supporting audit engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IFRS implementation and conversion projects
• Provide technical IFRS advisory and financial reporting support to clients
• Review financial statements for IFRS compliance
• Conduct IFRS gap assessments and develop implementation roadmaps
• Deliver IFRS training and capacity-building programs
• Support external audit engagements on IFRS-related matters
• Prepare technical accounting memos and advisory reports
• Monitor updates in IFRS standards and regulatory requirements
• Participate in business development and proposal preparation activities
