About the Role

The Guidance Counselor supports students academically, socially, and emotionally through counseling, workshops, and academic advising, fostering holistic growth and moral development.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students facing academic, personal, or social challenges
• Develop and deliver workshops on character development, peer relationships, and mental well‑being
• Advise high school students on university applications, career paths, and standardized testing requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and parents to support students with diverse learning or behavioral needs
• Respond to student crises and implement preventative guidance programs
